Guest speaker: Jessica Brock, CCSM

With over eight years of health plan Program Management experience, Jessica Brock is a dynamic Client Success Manager known for helping health plans elevate reach and engagement in tobacco cessation programs. Jessica is currently the EX Program liaison with Anthem. Prior to her current role with EX Program and our parent company, Jessica Brock served in various leadership positions in the United States Navy.

Objectives:

  • Understand who Truth Initiative is.
  • Describe what works to help patients quit tobacco use.
  • Describe the EX Program and its components.
  • Understand how to refer patients to the EX Program.
