New Reimbursement Policy: Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program Services Facility*

Beginning with dates of service on or after July 1, 2019, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield will implement the new facility reimbursement policy, Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program Services. This policy applies a limit of one (1) unit of service per day for partial hospitalization program and/or intensive outpatient programs.
