HealthKeepers, Inc. invites you and your staff to webinars covering important information for Anthem HealthKeepers Plus members.

Online sessions will include information about the following topics:

  • Provider responsibilities
  • Precertification and preauthorization
  • Claims submission
  • Appeals and denials
  • Common billing errors

The provider orientations will take place on the third Thursday of every month:

  • August 17, 10 a.m. ET
  • September 21, 10 a.m. ET
  • October 19, 10 a.m. ET
  • November 16, 10 a.m. ET
  • December 21, 10 a.m. ET
