CORRECTION: Postpartum follow-up care incentives

In the August 2018 Network Update, HealthKeepers, Inc. notified providers in error about incentives for postpartum follow-up care for Anthem HealthKeepers Plus and Anthem HealthKeepers Plus, Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus (Anthem CCC Plus) members. There is no financial incentive for providing postpartum follow-up care.
