Members’ Rights and Responsibilities Statement

In line with our commitment to participating practitioners and members, Anthem has included a Members’ Rights and Responsibilities Statement within the provider manual and on the provider website. Delivering quality healthcare requires collaboration and a mutually respectful relationship between patients, their providers, and their healthcare benefit plans. One of the first steps towards achieving this goal is for patients and providers to establish a clear understanding of their respective rights and responsibilities in the delivery of healthcare services.
