Physician network fee increase for commercial products

At Empire BlueCross BlueShield, we value our physician partnerships. As part of our ongoing commitment, we are pleased to share that we are updating our commercial HMO, EPO, PPO, Blue Access, Connection, and Indemnity fee schedules, which will result in an overall net increase to our physician network fees.

This update will be effective on September 1, 2023. The full updated fee schedule will be available in the Information Center on Availity.com* on June 1, 2023.
