Effective management of hypertension requires consistent monitoring and timely intervention.

Introducing home blood pressure monitoring

To support our mutual goal of providing excellent patient care, we are launching a program to facilitate BP monitoring at home. This initiative includes:

1. Access to BP cuffs: We will establish a process for our members to easily obtain BP cuffs for home use.
2. Comprehensive education: We will provide robust educational materials and training programs for both healthcare providers and members to ensure the proper use of BP cuffs and the importance of regular monitoring.
