Attention: Updated or New Fee Schedules for Commercial products - REVISED DATE

Effective April 1, 2019, Empire will update its HMO, EPO, PPO, and Indemnity fee schedules.  

 

Although this update will result in an overall net increase of our physician network fees, the actual impact to any particular physician will depend on the codes most frequently billed by that physician.

 

The complete updated fee schedule will be available on our Physician Online Services at www.empireblue.com upon their effective date of April 1, 2019.
