Provider Manual to be updated July 1, 2021

The Provider Manual, which incorporates information for both professional and hospital/facility providers, will be updated for an effective date of July 1, 2021.  To view the updated manual, go to  anthem.com. Select Providers and then under Provider Resources, select Policies, Guidelines and Manuals. Enter New Hampshire as state, scroll to Provider Manual and select Download the Manual.  

 

Archived copies of the professional and hospital/facility manual will remain available at the same location.
