Retroactive rate adjustments

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Healthcare Solutions (Anthem) processes reimbursement rates set forth by the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services and Department of Health Care Financing and Policy. Rate adjustments can create increases and/or decreases of reimbursement for services. As a result, any adjusted rate issued by the state will be applied on a prospective basis as set forth in your contractual agreement.
