Eye exam benefit for St. Louis police

As a reminder, the City of St. Louis -- St. Louis Police Division Medical Benefit Plan will cover one routine eye examination per year. It does not have separate vision benefits; therefore, claims for a routine eye examination should be submitted under the Medical Benefit Plan.
