State of Maine employer group benefits for lab and imaging services

State of Maine employer group members receive the highest benefit level (100% with no deductible or coinsurance) for lab and imaging services when they receive those services from select independent labs and free standing imaging centers. Please be sure to refer State of Maine members to one of the listed independent labs or free standing imaging centers when those services are needed.
