Reimbursement policy update: Diagnostic Radiopharmaceuticals and Contrast Materials — Professional and Facility

Beginning with dates of service on or after May 1, 2025, Anthem will update the Diagnostic Radiopharmaceuticals and Contrast Materials — Professional and Facility reimbursement policy to remove the code list located in the Related Coding section. Providers should continue to follow the policy guidelines that identify the services eligible for reimbursement.
