Provider manual updates to become effective July 1, 2024

Anthem updates the provider manuals annually so our care provider partners have the current information needed to work with us.

The provider manual incorporates information for both professional and hospital/facility providers. The next update will be available on the website on May 1, 2024, and will become effective on July 1, 2024.

To view the updated manual, please visit anthem.com. Select For Providers, then Policies, Guidelines & Manuals. Select Maine, scroll to Provider Manual, and select Download the Manual to view and/or download the provider manual.
