MA home health network to be delegated to myNEXUS

We want to thank our PCPs and hospitals for their coordination of home health care for our members. We want to alert you to important changes to our Home Health provider network for most of our Medicare Advantage members. BCBSGa will delegate its provider network for Home Health Care Services for most of our Medicare Advantage members to myNEXUS Aug. 1, 2018.  Additional information will be available at  Important Medicare Advantage Updates at bcbsga/medicareprovider.
