To that end, CG-MED-64 Transcatheter Ablation of Arrhythmogenic Foci in the Pulmonary Veins as a Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation (Radiofrequency and Cryoablation) will be implemented effective August 1, 2023. This Clinical UM Guideline impacts our commercial lines of business.
