Bundled services and supplies (Professional)

Beginning with dates of service on or after March 1, 2019, BCBSGa will apply our always bundled edit to HCPCS code G0453 (Continuous intraoperative neurophysiology monitoring, from outside the operating room (remote or nearby), per patient, (attention directed exclusively to one patient) each 15 minutes (list in addition to primary procedure)).  For more information, review Section 1 of the policy dated March 1, 2019, along with the Bundled Services and Supplies Section 1 Coding list, by visiting the Policy Reimbursement page at bcbsga.com/provider website.
