Our clinical notification application, Alerts Hub, offers admission, discharge, and transfer (ADT) notifications for Medicare Advantage members. For those members, Alerts Hub offers a simple way to view a list of patients who have been admitted to the hospital or visited the emergency room.

To access Alerts Hub, log on to Availity Essentials, select Payer Spaces, then select Alerts Hub. New users will need to register and set preferences. Registered users will receive daily notification emails with a summary of relevant alerts and a reminder to view details in Alerts Hub. Be sure to check your junk or spam folders if you aren’t receiving messages in your inbox.
