Drug fee schedule update

CMS routinely issues revisions to the average sales price (ASP) fee schedules regarding drug pricing. CMS is supplying the third-quarter fee schedule with an effective date of July 1, 2022. This will go into effect with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Anthem) on August 1, 2022.
