Drug fee schedule update

Routinely, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issue revisions to the average sales price (ASP) fee schedules regarding drug pricing.  To that end, CMS is supplying the fourth quarter fee schedule with an effective date of October 1, 2021.  This will go into effect with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Anthem) on November 1, 2021.
