Out-of-network claims issue
Providers receiving this notice have been identified as being impacted by an issue that adversely affected claims payments. A process defect prevented certain rosters from loading into our system causing providers to not appear in our directory and claims to process as out of network. These claims were denied or paid at a reduced rate.
A solution is in place and all affected claims will be reprocessed by February 29, 2024.
