Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) provider site visits

We are committed to developing long-standing LTSS provider relationships. To fulfill this promise we are dedicated to clear communication, education, and prompt issue resolution. To do this, our LTSS provider relationship management team will interface through periodic, in-person meetings, which we hope will result in increased communication, deeper connection and rapport, and opportunities for enhanced collaboration.

As an LTSS provider, you can anticipate outreach from your dedicated LTSS provider relationship management representative to coordinate in-person, formal provider meetings, scheduled in advance with a formalized agenda and objectives which will supplement ongoing informal provider interactions throughout the year.
