HealthKeepers, Inc. adopts 22nd edition of the MCG care guidelines

Effective with dates of service on and after May 7, 2018, HealthKeepers, Inc. began using the 22nd edition of the MCG care guidelines for Anthem HealthKeepers Plus members.
