Reminder to submit claims with complete and accurate

To ensure accurate claims processing, it is imperative all claims are submitted with complete and accurate data. Please carefully review your billing practices to ensure provider tax identification (TIN), billing national provider identifier (NPI), taxonomy code (should be appropriate for the service rendered), and servicing/rendering provider information (if applicable) are submitted in appropriate fields. Failure to do so could result in claim denials.
