Provider data on facility claims

As a reminder, all provider data on claims must be accurate and match the Ohio Medicaid (ODM) provider network management (PNM) website. Per ODM hospital billing guidelines, all required data elements must match provider information, including but not limited to, attending provider name, national provider identifier (NPI), and tax identification number (TIN). In addition, providers must be an active ODM provider when their information is submitted on a claim. If a claim does not meet these requirements, it will be denied.
