Members’ Rights and Responsibilities

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Anthem) is committed to complying with all federal and state laws related to member rights, and we ensure that our employees, contractors, and providers adhere to these laws when providing services to members.

In line with our commitment to participating practitioners and members, Anthem has included a Members’ Rights and Responsibilities statement within the provider manual and on the provider website.
