MA members receive incentives for completing screenings

We have several incentive programs this year to encourage Medicare Advantage members to obtain preventive screenings.  Members may be rewarded when they complete their annual routine physical with their PCP.  Eligible members will receive a gift card for competing their screening mammogram, a colorectal cancer screening or their diabetes retinal exam.  Our members may ask that you confirm these screenings.
