InterQual March 2025 updates

Effective July 1, 2025, Anthem will transition to InterQual® 2025 criteria, including updates from March 2025.

InterQual criteria used by this market include:

  • Behavioral Health Services Criteria
  • Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry Criteria
  • Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Criteria
