Empire BCBS HealthPlus to be removed from Availity’s Payer Menu
Beginning January 1, 2024, Empire became Anthem. This article, published under the former brand, now applies to Anthem.
The Empire BlueCross BlueShield HealthPlus option will soon be removed from the payer drop down menus on the Availity Portal. Select Empire BCBS - NY and the same detailed information will be returned. You can begin using this option today.
