Important information about BlueChoice Open Access Point of Service Plan - ID prefix X3A

Effective as of January 1, 2020, some of our members were enrolled in the BlueChoice Open Access Point of Service (POS) plan and will have ID numbers beginning with X3A.  For those providers that may be having issues with verifying benefits and eligibility for these members, please call the local provider call center at 833-924-1073.
