Insurance coverage for PFAS and PFC blood tests

Effective September 21, 2020, we will provide coverage for perfluoroalkyls (PFAS) and perfluorinated compound (PFC) blood testing for members who are residents of New Hampshire. PFAS & PFC testing is available from Quest Diagnostics, Inc., with testing covered subject to the same member cost shares that would apply to other diagnostic lab services.
