Federal Employee Program® New Hampshire dental network change

Effective June 1, 2019, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Federal Employee Program, Preferred Dental Network Program Agreement for New Hampshire transferred the dental provider contracting administration of our Federal Employee Program from our medical contracting area to our dental division.  This will not change where you submit claims for adjudication or inquire about member benefits – continue as you do today. This transition is being done in an effort to align dental contracting with our business that manages dental benefits.

 

Effective June 1, 2019, the phone number to call for all questions pertaining to your dental network contract or clinic demographics updates is 866-947-9398.  Any faxes can be sent to 877-283-1331.
