Provider manual update available effective January 1, 2025

• Nevada’s provider manual has been updated.
• The new manual goes into effect January 1, 2025.
• The new manual is now available on our provider website.

Anthem reviews and updates provider manuals annually so that our care provider partners have the current information needed to work with us. The updated Commercial provider manual, effective January 1, 2025, is now available on our provider website.

To view the updated manual, visit our provider website:

• Select Change State.
• Choose Nevada.
• Scroll down and select See Policies and Guidelines.
• Scroll to the Provider Manual category and select Download the Manual.
• Scroll to the green section Looking for Our Upcoming Provider Manual?
• Select Preview the upcoming manual.
