Early Intervention Services Program

The State of Nevada has a regulatory requirement that could impact your patients participating in the State’s Early Intervention Services Program as specified in Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), section 303. Under this regulatory guidance, you as a provider may be limited in your ability to collect certain cost shares from qualified patients.
