Simplifying communication with direct access to provider support

You asked for an easier way to get in contact with your provider representative, and we heard. We’re introducing a new tool that allows you to submit questions directly to our provider relationship account management team. It’s called the Contact Us page, and it is your new centralized location for any questions or concerns.

How it works:

1. First, you can access the form and other contact information at https://anthem.com/provider/individual-commercial/contact-us.
2. From there, you submit your question via the form.
3. Once submitted, your question will be automatically routed to your assigned provider relationship account manager, eliminating the need for you to track down their individual contact information.
4. You can expect to receive a reply and assistance within 48 hours of receipt of your inquiry.
