Provider Manual updated effective July 1, 2022

The Provider Manual has been updated for an effective date of July 1, 2022, and is now available on our website. To preview the updated manual, go to anthem.com, select Providers > Provider Resources > Policies, Guidelines and Manuals. Enter Maine as state, scroll to Provider Manual, select Download the Manual, then select Preview the upcoming manual. The Provider Manual will display with a footer date of July 1, 2022.
