Provider Manual updated effective October 1, 2023

The provider manual has been updated for an effective date of October 1, 2023, and is now available on our website. To view the updated manual, go to anthem.com. Select For Providers and then under Provider Resources, select Policies, Guidelines and Manuals. Enter Kentucky as state, scroll to Provider Manual and select Download the Manual. Select Preview the upcoming manual in the green box to view the provider manual effective October 1, 2023.
