Provider Manual updated effective October 1, 2022

The Provider Manual has been updated for an effective date of October 1, 2022, and is now available on our website. To view the updated manual, go to anthem.com. Select Providers and then under Provider Resources, select Policies, Guidelines and Manuals. Enter Kentucky as state, scroll to Provider Manual and select Download the Manual. The Provider Manual will display with a footer date of October 1, 2022.
