Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Medicaid (Anthem) is pleased to announce the addition of a new, self-paced e-learning training module to our Provider Pathways web page. Provider Pathways is a 24/7 digital repository, providing the key tools and resources needed for successfully doing business with Anthem. The newest training module is:

How to find Provider Pathways

Provider Pathways — Doing business with Anthem eLearning can be accessed on our provider website:

• Go to https://providers.anthem.com/ky.
• Under Resources in the top navigational bar, select Provider Training Academy.
• Once in the Provider Training Academy page, scroll down to Provider Pathways eLearning, and go to Provider Pathways.

You will find the new module in the table of contents shortly after starting the training.
