Important update regarding new Anthem members

New Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Anthem) members whose groups are not active in our systems have received this notice informing that they can use a temporary ID card until their permanent ID card arrives.   This process will only be in place for a short time. 
 
Please do not turn members away when they present this card.  Should you need further guidance please do not hesitate to contact our Provider Engagement team at 1-800-205-5870, option 3.
