InterQual 2022 revisions

Effective September 1, 2022, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Medicaid will transition to the InterQual^® 2022 criteria to include updates from March and April 2022. On this effective date, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Medicaid providers should begin using InterQual^® 2022 criteria and can access the criteria by logging into the provider portal.
