2019 Provider Satisfaction Survey: We need your help!

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Medicaid (Anthem) is conducting a survey to find out about provider satisfaction with the provider services we offer. We will randomly select a number of providers to take part in this process. Those providers will receive a questionnaire in the mail from SPH Analytics, an independent research firm.

 

When providers receive the survey, we would greatly appreciate them taking time to complete it. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete, and the answers will help us improve the services we provide.

By participating in the survey, providers will share valuable information about how well we are serving them and about areas in which our health plan needs improvement.
