Updated provider manual is available

Amendment for Indiana Providers – Updated provider manual posted to anthem.com

 

We want to make you aware of upcoming changes to the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Anthem) Provider Manual for Indiana. This update to the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Base Provider Agreement, will replace the current Provider Manual with the updated Provider Manual, effective July 1, 2022.

 

We have posted the updated Provider Manual to the public provider website at anthem.com.  To view the new manual, visit anthem.com, select Provider, select Indiana, select the Policies, Guidelines & Manuals, followed by Provider Manual Download the Manual or click here.
