MCG Care Guidelines 29th Edition Updates
Effective November 1, 2025, Anthem will implement the MCG Care Guidelines Content Patch 29.1 updates for the following modules. Below is high level summary of the updates and is not intended to be all inclusive.
- Ambulatory Care (AC):
- Continuous Glucose Monitoring (A‑0126)
- Lower Limb Prosthesis (A‑0487)
- Cervical Spine CT Scan (A‑0025)
- Thoracic Spine CT Scan (A‑0026)
- Cochlear Implant (A‑0177)
- Lower Extremity Soft Tissue Dysfunction Rehabilitation (A‑0529)
- Home Care (HC):
- Rib Fracture (M‑2545)
- Venous Thromboembolism (M‑2290)
