Program overview
The Long-Term Services and Support (LTSS) Provider Quality Incentive Programs (QIP) for Indiana PathWays for Aging reward eligible care providers who excel in delivering high-quality care and achieving outcomes that enhance members' healthcare and quality of life goals. These programs recognize exemplary practices and superior care for members with LTSS needs.
QIPs promote:
- Person-centered care.
- Continuity of care.
- Training and certifications.
- Workforce development strategies.
Questions and program enrollment
