Indiana PathWays for Aging: Workforce Development resources and support
The LTSS Provider Relations Team is excited to offer a dedicated Workforce Development Administrator to help address your specific workforce needs and any existing gaps. Our goal is to connect you with tailored resources that support your professional caregivers and other staff members. We encourage you to use these resources to enhance your workforce practices.
Here’s how our Workforce Development support can help you:
- Learning platform access: Through Elsevier, gain complimentary access to hundreds of courses tailored for office and frontline staff. Beginning in fall 2025, you’ll also have opportunities to earn credit from the National Direct Support Worker Association, focusing on person-centered practices and direct service professional training.
- Monthly office hours: Join our Workforce Development office hours to ask questions and engage in discussions about market-specific issues and trends. Please see the schedule below, which includes links to register for these valuable sessions.
