Attention Workers’ Compensation network providers

The Indiana Workers’ Compensation Network Leasing List has been updated with the names of the workers’ compensation payers and employer groups affiliated with First MCO.

 

If you provide treatment to an injured worker from a workers’ compensation payer or employer group affiliated with First MCO, your reimbursement will be based on the Anthem Workers’ Compensation rate.

 

This updated Anthem Workers’ Compensation Network Leasing List is available on the Availity Web Portal at availity.com.
