Attention workers’ compensation network providers

The Indiana Workers’ Compensation Network Leasing List has been updated with the names of the workers’ compensation payors affiliated with Stratacare/Conduent and Procura/Optum.

 

If you provide treatment to an injured worker from a workers’ compensation payor or employer group affiliated with Stratacare/Conduent or Procura/Optum, your reimbursement will be based on the Anthem Workers’ Compensation rate.

 

This updated Anthem Workers’ Compensation Network Leasing List is available on the Availity Web Portal at availity.com.
