Anthem correspondence address change reminder

We would like to remind you that the Georgia Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield address has changed. Effective immediately, all correspondence including but not limited to: contractual, legal, and dispute letters, clinical grievances and appeals, new requests and medical records for existing requests, notification of address changes, and general mail, should be sent to the following address:
