New reimbursement policy: Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy Planning and Delivery (Professional)

Beginning with dates of service on or after December 1, 2019, Anthem will implement a new professional reimbursement policy, Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy Planning and Delivery. This policy applies limitations to the Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) planning, delivery, development and field setting services. For more information about this new policy, visit the Reimbursement Policy page on the anthem.com/provider website.
